Coaching
My coaching focuses on leadership development, change management, tackling big projects, and preparing for growth.
My style revolves around active listening, asking open-ended questions, and empathy. I aim to support people where they are and help them build skills and self-awareness, encouraging open exploration along the way. I commit to sharing elements from my own journey, being vulnerable, and acting with honesty and compassion.
I offer an initial complimentary session to help potential clients determine whether we’re a good match. If we decide to work together, I offer packages of four, six, and eight sessions, usually on a biweekly or monthly basis. I also create custom packages for clients. My rates are based on package scope, size of the organization (if I’m working with an organization vs. an individual), and ability to pay.
